New York and the Catskills: the last NY Leg

Francini is now a seasoned cotton candy eater and the only downside is when she finishes.

Not so thrilled.

Went to a little town fair in Bethel, NY one day and saw the site of Woodstock. Next time we need to go in the museum. I'm a bit of a hippy at heart.

I told Celeste she wore the right shirt for the day!

Apple pies with local apples, yum!
We ate a lot of pie by the way, on our trip:
Apple, apple caramel, peach, strawberry rhubarb, blueberry, chocolate...
Francini has her list for next visit: lemon meringue, key lime and more apple is on the menu!

Whirlwind trip because it went by so fast!

We owe a huge huge thank you to the cousins/Padrinos/godparents above for hosting us for so long and making the trip really possible truth be told. We ate an impressive amount of food, had our share of tantrums (I know, but it wasn't Rick or myself this time) and basically took over their house! The Padrinos put up with all of it and more with good cheer, generosity and a fun attitude!

Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you! We love you and miss you!
